HV-SECCOS® W60 is an emulsifying silicone fluid. It  is a linear, polyether-modified silicone. 

This  emulsifying silicone features emulsions W/Si or W/O,  liquid formulations, and has good compatibility with  silicones, organic oils, and esters. 

It is easy to  formulate and can be applied in hot process and cold  process. It is used for skin care, make-up and pigment  dispersant applications.
