HV-FILM CTS is a resin with a transparent liquid appearance. They are a mixture of 50% trimethoxysilane and 50% cyclopentamethylsiloxane. 

After the volatilization of cyclomethylsiloxane, the high molecular weight siloxane resin forms a long-lasting waterproof and anti sweat film on the skin, 

which is commonly used in cosmetics and sun protection products to prevent color powder from migrating.
