HV-SPECIAL® WTSI is a gel with special texture. It has the texture of silicon elastomer, but does not contain silicon. 

They can form a unique mesh gel structure in water, with strong water absorption and water locking ability, reducing the sticky feeling of the formula, 

and has a unique smooth powder feel. It does not need neutralization, adapts to the change of PH value, and can thicken the formula to bring stability.

2. Good moisturizing performance and water absorption  and locking ability.

3. Smooth and fill fine lines, remove oil and shine.

Applicable to: essence liquid, gel gel, water, mousse foundation make-up, lotion, cream, sleep facial mask. Non woven facial mask, makeup setting water, etc
