HV-SECCOS NDH　is synthetic diester of neopentyl glycol and heptanoic acid. 

Neopentyl glycol Diheptanoate is a light yellowish liquid that is used as an emollient in the wide variety of cosmetic & personal care products.

1. Used as a non aqueous skin conditioner and thickener.

2. Excellent solvent for fragrances, dry & velvety skin feel.

3. Superior to C12-15 alkyl benzoate, reduces tackiness in formulas with heavier emollients.

4.  It is ideal solubilizing agent for organic UV absorbers.

HV-SECCOS NDH　works as an emollient used in skin care products for its properties as a skin conditioning and moisturizing agent.
