HV-SECCOS BGDD　is synthetic ester of 1,3-Butanediol and Caprylic/Capric acid. Butylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate is a clear, 

oily liquid that is used in the emollient of a wide variety of cosmetic & personal care products.

1. Used as a moisturizer in cosmetics, it is a  colorless polar oil.

2. Non greasy feeling, low viscosity,  easy to emulsify.

3. Good ductility, disperse toner in makeup cosmetics.

HV-SECCOS BGDD　works as an emollient and skin conditioner. It lubricates the surface of the skin/hair, gives the skin a soft and smooth.
