HV-SECCOS TIO　is synthetic ester of glycerin and 2- ethylhexnaoic acid. Triethylhexanoin is a light  yellowish, oily liquid that is used in the formulation  of a wide variety of cosmetic & personal care  products.

1. An excellent solvent with a freezing point below -40 ℃.

2. Good transparency at low temperatures, hydrolysis resistance under high pH value, and good stability.

3. Excellent spreading characteristics for powder base formulars and the others containing solid components.

4. Reduce the oily sensation of the emulsion system.

HV-SECCOS TIO　is a versatile ingredient and is used as a skin conditioning agent, emollient, antistatic agent,
