HV-SECCOS PGIS　is synthetic ester of diglycerin and  isostearic acid. Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate is a light  yellowish, 

oily liquid that is used in the formulation  of a wide variety of cosmetic & personal care  products.

1. Good dispersing effect on inorganic powders and pigments.

2. Good thermal stability, can be used in makeup, such as lipstick, to suppress sweating.

3. Work as a viscosity regulator, soft and not sticky.

Liquid W/O co-emulsifier based on a branched vegetable fatty acid for a light skin feel. Used in milks and soft creams, suitable for skin care, hair care and color cosmetics.
