Methylene Bis-benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol is a synthetic broad-spectrum UV filter, 

it’s know as Tinosorb M, it helps protect skin from UVA and UVB, with peak protection occurring at 305 nm for UVB and 360 nm for UVA. 

It provides a sun protection effect that combines chemical sun protection and physical sun protection. It is one of the few commercially available filters with photostability. 

Therefore, it is more stable than most commercially available filters in terms of photostability

3. The use of ultrafine organic particles in the aqueous  phase can make the selection of the oil phase more flexible.
